While we anticipate that all presenters will bring and be ready with their own presentations on the day of the event, we understand the value of having a backup plan. For those who wish to have an added layer of security against unforeseen technical challenges, we offer an optional platform for uploading presentation files in advance.

Optional Backup: This service is purely for backup purposes. Presenters are still expected to bring and set up their own presentations.
Added Security: In the rare event of technical glitches or mishaps, having a backup on our server provides an extra safety net.
Privacy Assurance: Your files will only be accessed by our technical team and will be deleted after the conclusion of the conference.

Files may be uploaded until the day of the conference. Please ensure the file is named appropriately for easy identification (e.g., "JohnDoe_Room 1").
