Annual General Meeting
As per the Special Interest Group (SIG) constitution Article 6:

• ​The Study Abroad SIG shall hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM). The time and place shall be announced to all Study Abroad SIG members at least one month in advance of the meeting. Each member shall have an equal voting right. Members present at the AGM will constitute a quorum. SIG officers will report on the state of the SIG’s treasury, membership, and publications during the period since the last AGM. Officers for the coming year will be elected here.
• ​The Study Abroad SIG AGM is usually held at the SA SIG conference in autumn.
