Social event / 懇談会

Our post-conference social event will be held at the famous Nagoya izakaya, Sekai no Yamachan.

• Time: 18:30-21:30
• Location:  5-minute walk from the south exit of Nagoya Station) - MAP
• Price: 5000 yen per person paid in cash on arrival at the conference (official receipts can be provided)

Come and join us for 3 hours of chicken wings, miso katsu and other Nagoya specialties. We will be enjoying a course menu (with extra chicken wings of course!) and free-flow drinks.

If you would like to attend the social event (please do, it will be a lot of fun!), please register ASAP so that we can manage numbers and inform the restaurant accordingly. There is a strict deadline for signups of Friday 27th September. Once again, please, please, please register as soon as possible to make our lives as easy as possible!
