Presentation Types
We are accepting proposals for the following formats:
You may apply for one 25-minute presentation (either research-based or workshop) and/or a poster presentation. If you wish to present in both formats, please submit two separate applications. Poster sessions will have a dedicated time slot this year, ensuring no scheduling conflicts. Conference Proceedings As in previous years, we will be publishing Conference Proceedings, and the submission process is simple. When submitting your proposal (poster sessions included), you will see a box to provide a longer abstract (250–350 words) for potential inclusion in the proceedings. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity. Publishing a short abstract in the proceedings is a great way to gain an additional publication with minimal extra effort and help broaden the impact of your work and our conference. TIP: Save your draft before cutting it down to the 150-word version! Important Dates Submission Deadline: Thursday, September 18, 2025 Rolling Review Process To make planning easier, we will once again review submissions on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the deadline.
